​Shop Policies

Please read the following shop policies carefully. By visiting this site and/or purchasing something from me, you agree to be bound by the following policies, as well as any other terms, conditions or policies referenced herein or elsewhere on this website including the Terms & Conditions. Please note that these policies may be subject to change from time-to-time.

1. My Blythe Clothes
​
The items offered are handmade by me, using materials acquired from various places. All items are currently hand-stitched. As the items are handmade, they are not factory-perfect, and may have slight variations and/or flaws.
​
The items are made to fit the standard genuine Takara Neo Blythe body, unless stated otherwise. Generally, they may also fit other 1:6 scale doll bodies, namely Azone Neemo (S/M), Licca and Obitsu bodies, but there will be variations in fit due to the slight differences in the measurements of these other doll bodies.
​
Once an item has been sold out, I will not make any more. This is generally because I am out of the materials used for that item.
​​
2. Alterations & Repairs
​
Items are sold as is. I will not make any alterations or modifications to them. I generally do not accept requests to repair items.
​​
3. Commissions & Requests
​
Unfortunately, I currently do not accept commissions, custom orders or requests. Any changes to this will be announced here and on my Instagram.

I do not accept requests to reproduce items made by other people. There are no exceptions to this. If you like the work of that person, please support them by buying from them.

4. Payment
​
All prices are in US dollars (USD) at the prevailing foreign exchange rate.
​
Payment is to be made upfront and in full. Layaways are not accepted.
​​
All payments and refunds shall be made through PayPal only.
​​
5. Reservations
​​
I currently do not accept reservations.
​
6. Double-booked Purchases
​​
In the event that 2 or more people have purchased the same item, the person whose transaction was completed first in time will receive the item, and the other person(s) will be refunded in full. Generally, cases of double-booking are a web platform issue and cannot be fixed. My apologies and sympathies for such a turn of events and for the inconvenience caused.

7. Cancellations
​
I will only accept a cancellation if the item has not been posted. In the event of a cancellation in which payment has been made, payment will be refunded via PayPal.

8. Returns & Exchanges
​
I do not accept exchanges.
​
If you wish to return the item, the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in its original brand new condition with its original packaging intact. You are responsible for bearing the expense of returning the item. In the event that the returned item is lost, please provide me with proof of return (e.g. postal slip or receipt).

If the returned item is not in its original brand new condition as stated above, I reserve the right to refuse a full refund. If you are eligible for a refund, the refund (excluding shipping cost) will be made within 3 to 5 business days of my receipt of the returned item. Please note that the shipping cost for the return of the item will not be refunded.

9. Shipping & Delivery
​
The item will be posted only after full payment has been received.
​
The item will be delivered to the address provided. Please ensure that you have provided the correct address. I am in no way responsible in the event that the address provided by you is incorrect, and will not refund the price of the item.

For domestic delivery, items will be shipped using Singapore Post Registered Mail or SmartPac services. For international deliveries, items will be shipped using Singapore Post Registered Mail or Speedpost services. Where tracking is provided, the items can be tracked on the Singapore Post website.

10. Delivery Times & Delays
​​
On the completion of each transaction, I will take 5 to 7 business days to process your order for delivery.

For domestic deliveries, delivery time may be around 2 to 5 business days. For international deliveries, delivery time may be around 2 to 3 weeks.
Note that delivery times vary from country to country, and often depend on factors that are beyond my control. I am not responsible for delays that are beyond my control. In the event that the package has not yet left Singapore, I am able to assist with queries on the status of the package. In the event that the package is outside Singapore or in transit to/in its destination country, I may be able to assist by contacting the delivery provider, Singapore Post, about the status of the package, but I am not responsible for contacting the relevant agencies, offices or authorities of the destination country.

I am not responsible for any delays caused by the customs or such relevant agencies or authorities in the destination country. If there are any delays due to the said customs, agencies or authorities, please contact them directly.

11. Declaration of Value
​
The full value of the item will be declared on the package. For insurance purposes, the package will not be declared as a "gift".

12. Duties & Taxes
​​
You are responsible for any duties, taxes or such charges that may apply in the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of the item or delivery charges. Please check for any such duties, taxes or charges that are applicable to you. It is not my responsibility to bear these duties, taxes or charges, or to provide you with information or advice on the same.

13. Privacy
​​
Personal information is collected when you purchase an item from my store, when you contact me using the contact form on my Contact page, or when requested in order to complete a purchase. By purchasing an item from me or contacting me, it is implied that you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the stated purpose only. Note however that disclosure may be made if I am required by law or by any court to do so, or if you breach my terms and thereby necessitate legal action.
